Returns Policy

- Incorrect / defective parts received can be returned free of charge, please use the link above to contact support.

- The returned product must have been purchased from parts.marcypro.com

- Parts that are returned due to buyer's remorse will incur a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee. You will not be refunded the original cost of shipping the part to your location.



Shipping

- We ship parts to the continental United States. For orders outside of the continental United States, Mexico, and Canada - please open a ticket here.

- Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your parts order to be processed and shipped. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the e-mail associated with the order.

- Depending on your location in the USA, transit times are between 1 - 6 business days.
