- Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the Continental United States. Excluded locations include Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, etc.) For customers at those location or in Canada or Mexico, you can request and purchase your parts by clicking here and opening a ticket for your part.
- I cannot find my part, what do I do?
If you cannot find your part on the website, please open a ticket by clicking here. You will need to provide your full name and address, model number, part(s) needed, and quantity needed for each part
- My part is out of stock, what do I do?
You can add the part to your wishlist and we will make sure to notify you when the part is available. Alternatively, please open a ticket by clicking here. You will need to provide your full name and address, model number, part(s) needed, and quantity needed for each part and we will add you to the wishlist for the parts requested.
- I am not sure what part I need, do I order it anyway?
We do not offer refunds / exchanges on parts that are incorrectly ordered. If you are unsure or do not know, please contact live help M - F between 9:00AM - 4:00PM for help. Or, please open a ticket by clicking here and asking any questions you need answered before ordering.
- What is included with my part?
What you see in the first image is what you get. For example, a seat only includes the seat (no hardware,) and a pedal only includes the pedal (no hardware or pedal strap.) Unsure of what is included? please contact live help M - F between 9:00AM - 4:00PM for help before ordering.
